Online Application Portal
We are currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year. However, several of our classes are already at capacity and have a waiting list for next year. Before submitting an application please consider completing our new student inquiry, and we will update you on the steps.
1. Create an Account or Sign In to FACTS
NEW JCHS FAMILY: To begin the Online Application process, click here to
Create an Account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email account.
CURRENT JCHS FAMILY (Sibling Application/Child Currently Enrolled at JCHS):
- Sign in to your JC FACTS Family Portal. District Code: JC-FL
- From the left menu, select Apply/Enroll>Application>Open Application>Create New Student Application under your current student.
2. Start the Application
Click on "Application" at the top of this page to begin the online application. You have the flexibility to log in and out of your account without losing your data, as it will auto-save. There will be a green check mark ✅ for each section once you have completed all required fields.
3. Review and Submit and Pay the Application Fee
Once all required fields of the online application are complete, you must review and submit the application. You will then be instructed to pay the $100 non-refundable application fee. Once the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
